Osode Farms is a Nigerian agro-allied enterprise established in 2015 out of a simple but urgent need: to put open, underused land to work in order to satisfy the ever-rising demand of agro-processing companies for both volume and quality - and, in doing so, to create a real source of income and genuine employment for the people of our host community.
Today we operate across two farm locations in two states: our lead estate at Opadere village, Iseyin, Oyo State, where we are developing 100 hectares of acquired land, and a second site at Rainbow Junction, Owo, Ondo State. Across these farms we grow a wide variety of farm-fresh produce, fruits and vegetables under two complementary systems: controlled-environment greenhouses, where climate, water and nutrition are precisely managed to deliver consistent, export-grade quality all year round, and open fields, where scale and mechanisation deliver the volumes that processors require.
While crops remain the foundation of the business, Osode Farms has grown into a genuinely integrated farm. Livestock rearing - goats, sheep and cattle - together with artificial insemination (AI) and crossbreeding services, now forms a strategic second pillar of our operations, closing the loop between crop and animal production and opening a durable, year-round revenue stream for the farm and its outgrowers.
As one of the leading innovators of greenhouse farming in Nigeria, we are today more committed than ever to supplying healthy, quality, farm-fresh produce at prices that work for the businesses and families who depend on us.

The principles that guide everything we do at Osode Farms
For the land, our customers, and every person who works on this estate.
Farming tests you every season. We plan for weather, markets and margins that bend without breaking.
We finish what we start – from cleared land to planted rows to delivered containers.
We act before the pest spreads, before the dry season bites, before the customer has to ask.
Honest weights, honest grades, honest reporting. Our word travels further than our trucks.
Greenhouses, mechanisation, AI and crossbreeding are not buzzwords here – they are the operating model.
